Marching on.

Damn I need to stop having these choppy blocks between my posts. Time to try and regulate out the posts, even if its just me rambling on and on about my pretty much stale as old baguette life.

Yes I have been invested, and my triangle pin has morphed into a beautiful round thing! :D Hooray for round things I guess :) Anyway It was a very lovely and smooth investiture, and everyone had a great time. Forced myself to complete 5 stations during PE and ended up feeling very sick, leading to my current predicament of being sick since Tuesday, after which I promptly went to the doctor and forsook all my lessons XD I was really feeling that unwell. Went home with a splitting headache and then took a cab down the doc. Apparently it was so bad I had to go on like, Antibiotics. It's the weather and the heat, I swear.

Met Lancelot and had a long and fulfilling chat with him, haven't seen him in forever. Look, no matter what, this guy is like my best friend ever and no matter what happens, I cannot and will not hate him. Honest. He's such a great guy :') Sadly (OR MAYBE NOT!) we have friendzoned each other to the like extreme ends of friendzone so hey it wasn't my doing- it was an agreement. >D Went to grab udders in celebration of his birthday which is next week friday (Yup mental note there) and how G's is coming up too! (Ooh so exciting)~ And I'll actually be free to celebrate because I have no exams (One is before the exams and one is after, Perfect timing.) Also managed to watch the Importance of being Earnest! First (?) theatre performance I watched this year and I thoroughly enjoyed the extreme gay-ness of the entire piece. Once you get a hang of the english it's really such a wonderful and funny production!

This is where I once again profess my never ending affection to Lancelot who, upon finding out I had a ticket and wanted him to go along with me, promptly called his parents to ask if he could go. This is despite him having no love for the theatre, nor having been to a performance. I'm elated to say he enjoyed himself :D

Wednesday was a restless holiday, I basically had so much work to do I basically did just that- which is work. Managed to finally beat the 2013 version of Surgeon Simulator in 8 minutes for a whopping D score with NO major blood loss! I'm trying now to decrease that timing, it's so awesome to such a huge extent. I'm really itchy fingered to take polaroids with like my class :) After yesterday we are like more bonded and that's really so awesome HAHAHA XD. Thursday was basically a really terrible day because I had like a test in the morning, and a test in the afternoon. Double tests are gross. And these are like preliminary tests, along with my ushering duty and stuff. Finally got into the council room and it's pretty cool, I mean, hanging out with people in there :) May just go to school earlier to chill out there.

Friday was FABULOUS. We had lessons per normal, and extra H2 Geog, which is pretty much okay. Then the highlight of the day? OTHELLO IN FORT CANNING PARK <3 Double theatre mania in the week! Best, Best, Best week, no matter how much work. Met up with my class and we quickly got our butts to Fort Canning, and we had the best and most comfortable seating area. Trust BY and YC to both have those kinds of Army type Tarps that we laid out on the floor, and we were not just clean for the rest of the night, we were comfy. Like really comfy. They managed to get in fast and laid it out in the best possible spot- like 20m ish away from the stage? And right smack in the centre on a gentle slope. It sat like 12+ of us, super fun! :D We like laughed and chatted and ate and stuff, it was such a great bonding experience okay.

Hoping to have more weeks like this in the coming months! Life is tough but the fruit is pretty sweet. Hoping to catch Allo Allo and Dirty dancing, as well as RSC's Taming! IT'S GOING TO BE AN AWESOME YEAR :)

xoxo
