Caramel apples and Moonlight Bursts.

Hello hello hello! How's everyone? It's been a bit of a dry spell since I've blogged, although I have been pretty active on Facebook and stuff. It's been pretty funny with all the sagas about hello kitty and then the huge joke about Taobao having it (all the figures, 3 dollars cheaper than buying one) so hooray to China for messing up the market. I think it made alot of sense that it did. XD

I've been out and about this week, while juggling all my friends and priorities and my work quite successfully. Like I've managed to bake Pate Choux (which is basically a cream puff but I did mine with a Raspberry Rose filling) and hang out with Lancelot and ...did I call him porcupine the last time? In Embers? I can't remember. But the fact is yes that's who I hung out with yesterday, and we got lost like a zillion times because of porcupine and yeah well thanks a lot =.= We wanted to go to the arcade, and found out the one at Suntec is GONE, and the project diva machine at Marina is spoiled. == Basically no games for me, and I'm on like an arcade binge. That's right. I'm having this arcade I-MUST-PLAY-DANCE-EVOLUTION binge. Which reminds me.

I went out with Lya the other day, and that's exactly what we did! I miss having her around a lot. I miss TK. Yes, I really really miss my stupid broccoli swarm because seriously it's home like no other place to me. It's a place I'm completely comfortable in and I know I won't get lost it. I'm familiar with the food, and the vendors, and the warm way it feels when I go back. This time I'm not going back just as a regular student, I'm going back as like a prize-winner for English Literature (from the way I type here it really is quite doubtful that I have like insight at all, isn't it. I find my own typing for this blog very dense and superficial, somehow.) And I have to go back in Blazer and Tie, which seems to almost make me think of- what do you know- council. Anyway, Lya and I went to BBQ chicken, then went up to the arcade and played like 6 rounds of dance evolution- which is an AMAZING ARCADE GAME? It's like dance central for the arcade but with Japanese songs like Pon pon pon and Heavy rotation. Hell, that was fun. Then we had J.CO which I decide now has the yummiest yoghurt for the best price, I think.

Back to hanging out with the guys, we went to Carls Junior to eat (goodbye, diet.) And I didn't know you can ask for different sauces from them? So we ended up with Mayo, Honey mustard and BBQ sauce and we were just like dipping sauces and stuff and mixing crazy drinks. It was really fun! Went down to Taka and basically walked everywhere. I have the best time with these guys, I really do. Basically walked around art friend like we always do, I bankrupted them both by bringing them around (as always me and Lancelot end up buying chocolate on a whim and just...eating.) and then took some polaroids. I think I know why we all love polaroids- there's only one shot of that moment. You can't copy it, or print it more than once unless you take double shots. It's about capturing a moment, with a person, in time. And keeping it and treasuring it because it means enough to you to have taken a picture with those people. So to all those in those photos, even you, who I no longer have affections for, may remain, as a memory of a time and a place, to remind me of the people I care about.

I'm currently in Deadpool Obsessive mode, the game is just making me claw at my face and ask myself WHY I don't have a console- I'm also revamping my dolls. Fate's gone, Im selling the other two, Just got in a new Volks and Ordered myself a Migi- I honestly don't know if I'm Upgrading or if I'm just reshelling a lot of characters to new moulds. Meh, as if I know, right? I also finally bought the Naked2 Palette! Excited to get it :)

xoxo
