Cinderella
Another weekend past! How was yours, everyone?
I was really having a super blank Saturday up to the point where I met up with the Lovely Drama Club women to Attend the ACJC performance Cinderella!~ Met up with A and A (yup love those two sisters and they're so awesome, especially the fact that they're so funny and they get along so well. They are the PERFECT sister model.)
Headed over to Bugis+ to meet up with A (ANOTHER A?! WOW I'mma just call her AB ) and S. :3 It was so much fun! Okay first it was funny because AB and S turned up early and the three of us were just weaving in and out of people swarms at Bugis. Bugis, you are just far too crowded for my liking and that's pretty much why I stopped going there after 2010. Just, too, many, people. I can't stand it anymore, I really just like curling up in a couch with music and tea or just friends. It's much more calming. I'm not much of a shopping person anyway :/ But when I shop...? Money flies like BAM SPLAT buh-bye.
Anyway headed over to Bugis+ and met them at Manhattan Fish Market! All this time though, I'm still Biased ti FIsh and Co. but the food here is good too :) I particularly like the outlet at Changi City Point because it has a nice outdoor sitting area and stuff and if I sit there in the evening there are live bands playing from the bars next door ^^ Got myself the Fish and CHeese thing. So it's not really worth it to pay 2 bucks extra for heaps of Nacho Cheese, despite all the fat, but it's cool we (kinda) shared them naughty calories. XD So yup! Basically had a big laughing riot over dinner (at 5pm mind you) talking about Prom because AB and AA didn't go.
We had time left over, and CBTL was really packed and we didn't wanna shop with Garena Carnival taking up a lot of space so we headed over to Swirl Art (Dear BF I will bring you some day and you will treat me). It's like Soghurt (second time in a row yup!) and it has more toppings I think, and the only outlet is in Bugis area, I believe. it's really pretty in there and it was also nice and Quiet so we ended up with 4 cups of yoghurt (So much for not having more food after dinner right.) and just chatting and taking MORE polaroids when I was there!
Finally we finished off and squeezed through the crowds at bugis to make our way down to ACJC. We (kinda) stupidly took to Dover? Because my stupid map said Dover and I was like okay sure heehee and we overshot. Ended up having to take back to Bunoa Vista while complaining how far school would be away from home if I ever went to ACJC and yes that's one of my choices for a JC in the future, because I want to be in Drama and I like the culture there. Then again, I'm *really* hoping to go into a sports CCA next year @.@ Despite being super unfit I want to try doing something about it.
Wow. The play. Was SO GOOD. I was really excited to see Senior I and M performing and they did such a good job of recreating the play. I enjoyed the dance portions, it being a musical and all and the fact that she went with the poor prisoner-kitchen boy was such an adorable ending! So many "awwwww" worthy moments, I mean, the whole audience agreed :P My takeaway line from this play?
"HE KISSED MY HAND- HE GAVE ME ORANGES!"
The two most random sentences. Ever.
